If you’re happy with the price, pay a small refundable deposit to secure your booking – we’ll then assign a verified transporter from our driver network to complete the job.
Yes. All transport providers using Transportanycar.com are required to have GIT (Goods In Transit) insurance up to £100,000 to cover your vehicle while it’s being transported. However, we always recommend you confirm this directly with the driver before collection.
The deposit secures your booking and covers our service fee/commission for arranging your transport job. It also confirms your commitment so that a driver can be assigned quickly.
Yes, the deposit is refundable only if we are unable to successfully assign a driver to your booking or if the job cannot be completed due to our or the driver’s fault.
You can also cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your collection date.
The remaining balance is paid directly to your assigned driver or transport company, using the payment method you both agree on (usually cash, bank transfer, or card).
If we are unable to assign a driver within a reasonable time frame (usually 24–48 hours), your deposit will be fully refunded automatically.
Collection is usually available within 1–3 days for most routes. You’ll be given available delivery options when you receive your instant quote, including standard or express delivery time frames.
Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your collection date with a full refund of your depsoit. If you cancel later than that, the deposit may be non-refundable unless we fail to assign a driver.
Once your deposit is paid, we’ll send your booking details to your allocated driver. They will then contact you directly to make final arrangements and carry out the collection and delivery within your preferred time frame.
Yes. All deposit payments are processed securely via Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment platforms. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
We cover the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland, with international delivery available on request.
Yes it’s preferred, either you or someone authorised by you should be present to hand over and sign for the vehicle at both ends. This ensures a smooth, documented transfer.
Yes. Many of our transport partners can move non-runners, SORN vehicles, or damaged cars using winch-equipped transporters. You can select this option when requesting your quote.
Yes. If you prefer enclosed or covered transport, simply choose that option when generating your quote or contact us after booking to upgrade.
