  1. About Us
    • Transportanycar.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the online platform Transportanycar.com, which connects customers who need a vehicle transported (“the Customer”) with independent vehicle transport providers (“the Transporter”).
    • We act solely as an introducer.
 We do not own or operate any transport vehicles and we are not a party to the transport contract between the Customer and the Transporter.
  2. Instant Quotes
    1. Quotes shown on our website are automatically generated based on the information provided by the Customer, including collection and delivery locations, vehicle type, and preferred dates.
    2. Quotes are indicative and may vary slightly when a Transporter confirms acceptance of the job.
  3. Deposits and Payments
    1. When the Customer accepts an instant quote, a deposit is taken via our secure online payment system.
    2. The deposit represents our service fee and commission for introducing the Customer to a Transporter and facilitating the booking.
    3. The remaining balance of the job cost is payable directly to the Transporter by the Customer, using a mutually agreed payment method.
    4. All deposit payments include VAT where applicable.
  4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
    1. Customers may cancel free of charge up to 2 full days (48 hours) before the agreed collection date.
    2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of collection are non-refundable, unless the job cannot be fulfilled due to fault on the part of Transportanycar.com or the assigned Transporter.
    3. Deposits are only refundable if Transportanycar.com or the Transporter is unable to successfully assign or complete the job, and the failure is not caused by the Customer.
    4. Deposits are non-refundable if the job fails or is cancelled due to the Customer’s actions, fault, or negligence — including but not limited to:
      • Providing incorrect or incomplete booking information (e.g. wrong addresses or vehicle details);
      • Cancelling or changing collection/delivery details after booking;
      • Becoming uncontactable or unavailable;
      • Failing to provide access or suitable collection/delivery conditions; or
      • Refusing or delaying handover without valid reason.
    5. Where a refund is due under Clauses 4.1 or 4.3, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  5. Our Role and Responsibilities
    1. Transportanycar.com is not a transport operator or carrier.
    2. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of any Transporter.
    3. Our role is limited to connecting Customers and Transporters. We do not guarantee:
      • That any Transporter will accept or complete a specific job;
      • The timing, safety, or condition of any transport; or
      • The insurance coverage or quality of service provided by any Transporter.
    4. The transport contract exists solely between the Customer and the Transporter.
  6. Liability
    1. Transportanycar.com accepts no liability for:
      • Any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or goods;
      • Missed collections, delivery delays, or cancellations by Transporters;
      • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost income, profit, or opportunity); or
      • Any act, omission, or negligence of the Customer or Transporter.
    2. Customers are responsible for ensuring the Transporter holds appropriate insurance before releasing their vehicle.
    3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
  7. Customer Obligations
    • The Customer agrees to:
      • Provide accurate, complete information when requesting and confirming a booking;
      • Ensure the vehicle is available and ready for collection at the agreed time and location;
      • Confirm the identity and insurance of the Transporter before handover; and
      • Communicate promptly with the Transporter to arrange collection and delivery.
  8. Transporter Obligations
    • Transporters using the Transportanycar.com platform must:
      • Hold valid motor trade or goods-in-transit insurance;
      • Comply with all relevant UK transport and licensing laws; and
      • Communicate promptly and professionally with Customers.
    • Transportanycar.com is not responsible for verifying insurance documentation beyond information supplied by the Transporter.
  9. Data Protection
    • We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
  10. Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
